The idea of secure relating has to do with our ventral vagal, with our using our whole mind. If you do whole brain living, it's whole brain connection. It is our prefrontal cortex or our prefrontal cortex. It's oxytocin rich. Usually the stakes feel low. But I don't identify as securely attached naturally. So I always have that to go back to. And so by being able to recognize that distinction, that can make one of the biggest differences in your life.
