Rupal Mehta: The world of nuclear weapons is more dangerous today than it was 10 or 20 years ago. She says Russia's invasion of Ukraine and Putin's repeated use of nuclear threats has resurfaced decades-old concerns about proliferation, the possibility of nuclear war. "If there's even the remote chance they could use them, all of a sudden, this weapon that was meant to mostly beat deterred," she says.
