I Didn't Mean to Kiss You. You Play the Chorus.

It was based around a keyboard part initially that Lizzie had written, and I can play you her voice memo of the demo. Initially, we were thinking, okay, this is a cool synth part that the challenge was just going to be like, how do we sauce up that synth line with a sound that we really like? That synth part didn't end up making it in, but that was sort of for better or worse the thing that was steering us to begin with. And then you and I had a really fun evening writing, like reharmonizing the last chorus which turned into the bridge outro thing.
