The Suns Get Picks for Six Years, Right?

The Suns have had six first round picks in the last six years. That doesn't really yield great results just off the top of my head. I think unless some kind of catastrophe strikes them, they should be in these upper teens for the foreseeable future. Like we have to see a Devin Booker. He's not particularly old yet. So like in the next few years, are we reasonably going to be see Phoenix even in the lottery? Right?
