Intel is releasing a dedicated graphics card with an open source driver stack. The company says it will be available by the end of this year. It's expected to cost about $280,000 and work on PCs running Linux 6.0 or higher. Intel has not yet announced any plans for its own discrete Graphics Core i7-4700K chip.
