Onboarding a New Client, New Client?
When you're on boarding a new client, new customer, it is really important that you set expectations up front. What do you want people to know you for? And that's what you put out there. So the ans are as transparent as possible without making yourself look tumb. You don't have to say when you work, but you can say, like, if you have at it, sent em over. We'll get back to you within 24 hours. It doesn't frequently matter whether i work from nine to four or four to eight. Still going to get the work done.
