He also picked up the telephone on the night table and slipped and knocked it over, so his finger prints would be on that as well. During the week following the when mary low was killed, he also told his fiance that he was, quote, upset that she told the police about his insomnia and night wanderings because they made him sound guilty. And he expressed qote concern that his finger prints had been found in the house and that he had keys to the house.
