You Know, Reflect on Your Training

Find something to fill that time because you're going to know. I mean other than their long runs yet you have probably a couple hours each day that you've either been doing strength training, running, foam rolling, doing some mobility workouts. You have all this extra time now throughout your week. So find something that you've been dying to do or wanting to do. But you can still run. I'm not saying don't run just you have a little extra free time. Yeah. And make sure you reflect on your training reflect on your race and really, you know, celebrate the wins."
