Are Men and Women Different as Decision Makers?
Are men and women different enough as decision ers that if you were advising a man or advising a woman, would you give them different advice? Or the differences sort of more subtle, and thus you'd give basicly the same advice to everybody. I love the question about which i offer different advice. No one's asked me that. For the most part, the places where people are making mistakes in their decisions are things like not considering enough options. They haven't clarified their priorities. There is evidence that women tend to be more collaborative, both in the lab and in the real world.
