The Importance of a Great Culture
Culture is nearly always a continual work in progress it has to be just always on the to-do list. We've adopted something called radical candor which is all about a combination of management sort of both caring personally but giving direct and candid feedback as a development thing. I also think that a great culture can disagree without falling out which is sort of my version a bit of your feedback. It took me a while to get there and everyone said bumset was nice a nice place to work but I'm not sure it was what people really want from the workplace. Our overriding purpose is to make parents lives easier by facilitating the connections that allow them to tap into the wisdom of each other.
