Is There a Healthy BMI?

You can be metabolically healthy at any BMI, okay? Just a small but clinically significant amount of weight loss is enough to improve or reduce your risk of metabolic disease. You don't necessarily need to hit what is considered the healthy BMI range. And that's why it's important to set a goal other than weight, something health related. Something aside from weight is very important to ensure you can succeed long term.
