The Importance of Intention in Meetings

Designing meetings is one of the least intentional parts of our lives. We have very minimal intention in thinking about meetings, and I'm not talking about coming up with an agenda. Google Calendar isn't designed to help you have better meetings - it's designed to make sure that you don't miss meetings.
