Do Back Squats for Legs?

During marathon training, I've been very religious about not varying my movements. It's back squats for my legs. And then one day I'll just lift some upper body just to balance it out. If you're sitting too crazy, I'll do some bench presser pushups and pullups and dips or core work a couple of days a week. So the proof is in the pudding. What you're doing is working.
