How to Empower Trust in a Pastor

The leader, the pastor really has to engender that trust. And I could see a parishioner, a member of a church not even wanting to share that with their pastor because of the big S word shame. So it's probably going to be more of a pastor or care person. Maybe even a small group leader. Those are very important in terms of seeing those things.
