What's the Difference Between the El Nino La Nina and the Gleisberg Cycle?

The El Nino La Nina regime at this point, sunspot activity or the number of sunspots and also this quasi biennial oscillator cycle. Then what I always try to really, really bring home to everyone is how this sea surface temperature cycle of the PDO into AMO, the Grand Solar cycle minimum are all in synchronicity for first time in over 400 years. That's when you know, you talk about stocks and where volatility that you know, there's times where things come together that create the big move, the big event. And those who follow stock cycles, you know, or know some of those cycles and really good at it.
