Android 13 is the first Android release where a majority of new code added to the release is in the memory safe language. In almost every large project like a browser or an OS almost always 50-60-70 percent of vulnerabilities are memory safety so basically Android is showing that all of those sort of wins that we have been trying to evangelize about memory safe languages such as Rust and like how to deploy them in some of these existing projects will drive down your memory safety issues.
