How to Dismantle the Binary Thinking Around Addiction
I wanted to make sure i was exploring it with honesty and with nuance. While adiction plays a huge part in this, you know, it doesn't define her. She has a lot of other stuff going on, like everyone does. But it was just important to me that there were elements of great despair and also great joy in her life. It's interesting to see how you dismantle that binary, black and white thinking around mental illness.
