A big thing is just asking first off and then there's an educational component that comes into it a lot of people just don't understand creative financing seller financing you know whatever the terms you want to call it but it's simply asking. A lot of times it's not only the seller that's not educated on it it's the broker as well so depending on the listing agent or the broker if they're not attuned or educated on the different structures that you can do, I would recommend going directly to the seller rather than trying to work with them through someone else.
