The 4th Amendment and the Stop and Frisk Case

The stop and frisk case found that New York's practices were unconstitutional in violation of the 14th amendment. The actual population of New York City in 2010, it's 33% white people. In my opinion, 4.4 million Terry stops in, what, eight years is incompatible with the 4th amendment. That's it. Period.
