Do I Need to Work With Dumbbells All the Time?

Everything in athlet does needs to be a combination and a coexistence of all three planes of motion at the same time. So being in the gim for instance, working with dumbells, even putting something over your shoulders, the big thing is that you've kind of adulterated the use of the spine. And then so make sure not to work with loads that are far too heavy, where they're then risking injury. I don't see where the big negative is, as long as the athlete can balance these things out.
