I'm not really sure if the Airbnb model is going to be great or not moving forward. I like Vancouver Island as a general rule of thumb. Those markets like Prince George and Kamloops that are hubs of blue collar employment are always interesting. Calgary is an interesting market it's just harder to get cashflow there because there's less-suited homes in Calgary. And so I think we also saw a ton of people moving out east, which has been good for our business.
