How to Swim a Width
Swimming is such a mouthful. You either swim a width or you swim a length. I talked about the breaststroke being my stroke of choice. Now if you are a super duper keen swimmer, then you may have tried butterfly. The next most popular stroke is called the front crawl. This is because your head is often in the water the whole time. And so you have to lift your head every few strokes to breathe. But recently I was watching some documentary on free diving and about breath control. So I taught myself how to do this breathing technique to get my front crawl. And I've done it. Yay.
