Panpsychism and Materialism

It's not just something that mystics came up with. It's always been around with scientists and philosophers in the west, you know. And materialists have a really hard time excepting that they were just a part of a fad,. They don't even want to use that label any more. So we might be it sort of the twilight of materialism. It'll never go away completely, just like panpsychism never went away completely. There is really no empirical way to settle this dispute between idealism and panpsychism or materialism and dualism. Just getting more and more intricate correlations between the brain and the mind is not going to settle the dispute.
