What Is the Difference Between Revocable Trust and Irrevocable Living Trust?
In the States, it would be a little different than that just very briefly. What you described would be in the States, I'm oversimplifying a bit and how an irrevocable trust would normally work. But when it's passed on to them is passed on in life, right? So because they're just trust beneficiaries, they don't pay the taxes until it's given to them from the trust.
