The Benefits of Mindfulness in Your Life

Studies show that meditation can help with your ability to focus. It's the skill of knowing what's happening in your head right now without necessarily taking the bait and acting on it. The word mindfulness has become somewhat of a buzz phrase, oddly. You are stepping out of the traffic and watching what's happening non judge mentally. We have three habitual reactions to every piece of every stimulus in our life: we want it, we don't want it,we don't care. In mifulness is a a fourth option, which is to just see it dispassionately, without getting involved.
