In infrared, the experience I've personally had with it is it doesn't get intense really at any point. That's what I really feel are the benefits of infrared sauna. You can use an infrared sauna three, four times a week. With traditional saunas, when you use it pretty much every day, six, seven days a week, you get addicted to it. It's a very pleasant pattern to continue going through.
