The Lord God's Covenant People of the Gentiles in the End Time

In 1st Nephi 22, verse 8, referencing Isaiah 49, 22, and 23, the Gentiles restore Israel. After I see this candle, the Lord God will proceed to do a marvelous work among the Gentiles which shall be of great worth unto our seeds. The conversion of the Lamanites in Alma 26, 15 is also consistent with the end time restoration. So how can that be? Well, it typifies, of course, the end time, conversion of the Jews, the Ten Tribes, and the Lamanite of today.
