Sharon Tgal: I'd like to start by reviewing some of the common themes that we saw in the questions from the last webinar. We're going to look at how to identify some of these triggers, a little teeny bit about the biology of activation and create strategies in advance for dealing with these eruptions. The flip side of the emotional intensity and outbursts that come with living with ADHD is a natural excitement for things and enthusiasm, passion. So what we want to do instead of react is to learn how to respond, to consciously create habits of response.
