When Ramadan happened yeah we've run the barn from like mid March to late March until now. Since then I've done nothing and actually this week I was initially this week for a causal offsite and we went for two runs down to the lakelike downhill runs 4k downhill run 20 minutes both days. And so yeah I think on the personal side I'm letting myself go physically nice right it's good to know. And that's the body the bowels have been a lot better you know the bowelsI think maybe like Ramadan was a good like food reset or something spiritual cleanse.
