The supreme court is just too damn powerful. Most republicans in the senate did not vote for her, right? And then she got three republican votes. I don't see anything in a that suggests that she's going to vote very differently from justice bryor,. But bryor spent a lot of time writing dissenting opinions and joining dissenting opinions on big cases these last few years.
