Wooder Bassan and the South African SWAPO

Wooder Bassan developed a shocking array of conventional chemical and biological weapons for South Africa. His goal in it was to clamp down on the Southwest African People's Organization in Namibia, a group most people would probably call freedom fighters. The charge sheet alleges that around 1980, Bassan provided the toxins to kill 200 Namibian SWAPO gorillas fighting for independence from South Africa.
