The History of the Pointeri Manifesto

In 1942, Kovner helped to found the FPO or United Partisans Organization. The Pointeri Manifesto electrifies a roomful of youth movement members. It ignites a rapid change in conversations being held underground and ghettos across the German Reich. No longer was the discussion about hiding and avoiding German wrath. Talks started to turn towards the concept of resistance and reprisal.
