Jealousy and Infidelity
Jealousy carries this extra stigma of, like, if i'm feeling jealous, i must be doing something wrong. And we can sometimes not acknowlege that that's coming from something like, maybe it is from not feeling appreciated enough. So things like radar, you know, ways to communicate about that before that becomes so bad that it's your experience is awful. Communication is really important in a healthy relationship. Another thing that goes sort of in the responsibility category rather than the shore category, is thinness and flaky or not showing up when one is supposed to.
