I've Never Had Long-Term Vertigo and I Can't Move

i've never had long-term vertigo but the town i live in is whitefish in montana and it's a little ski mountain. It gets foggy all the time so you know everyone comes ski here it's beautiful you don't have to move because it's foggy in the winter a lot. You literally cannot tell what's up and what's down what's ground and what's the sky. I'll try to find someone with a really bright jacket and follow them down then i just have to leave because i feel so sick.
