Hank: I had been following chris for some time. He actually was liking at wor hiring aggressively, you know, were growing the team. And i think really the biggest kind of change for me throughout this interview process, was that all the folks that i was talking to truly understood the demand genral and function. The interviews almost become more conversational verses. It's not about how many marbles can you fit in a thousand square feet; it's what your client cares about. They don't care about whether they're right or wrong on every single question. You have to be able to sell yourself with an intellectual back and forth where we learn from each other’s experiences
