We do know that microscopically everything we experience is made of quantum objects. It's very difficult to actually pinpoint quantum mechanical impacts on everyday macroscopic classical objects. In the end, these things are averages. So there are probabilities you could in principle disappear and quantum tunnel to the other side of your house.
