I feel like you have a different set of expectations than someone who this is like their fourth or fifth job. They understand how these work relationships while great may not always be long term relationships and that's fine, but I just didn't have that realization yet. Anytime someone left and I thought we had like kind of talked and like had good moments and things like that, I was like super sad.
