The US and Iran's Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)
China has been helping Iran circumvent the sanctions on oil and energy exports. I'm talking to the tune of about $50 billion through Ghost Armadas making all the way to Chinese coastal provinces and dumping it in small refineries, called TIPA refineries. And we saw, we see now, almost a return to the pre-2018 sanctions level in Iran. So I wouldn't hold my breath for the JCPOA to come back to life.
