Edward Hoffman is the CEO of Knowledge Strategies, a firm engaged in research, education and consulting. Ed retired from NASA as a senior executive; he was the first NASA Chief Knowledge Officer. In 2010, he received the NASA Outstanding Leadership Medal. He's with us today to talk about his new book, The Smart Mission: NASA's Lessons for Managing Knowledge, People and Projects.
