Work From Home Is Over Just Like COVID's Over
I think work from home is over just like COVID's over. It's, it's for folks who want to be in an office. You know, there's definitely going to be employers there for you. And that's such a shortage of, well, talent is unevenly distributed. So I think the story there is that all these tech companies way over hired when their share price is rough. Now they need to get rid of get rid of people and so they would like to control costs, which means getting rid of people. If you're doing synchronous communication, it's really hard to be in a different time zone or even working at home.
