i look at habit as more behavior behavioral even though i there's automated cognitive responses i sort of see that differently as a habit. What i'm always trying to help my clients do is change whatever is driving the behavior because if you change that that's why i call it transforming. If you transform the driver you really get a new behavior like the next minute without all the fighting and struggling to maintain and relapsing after a week of being in the training in the gym and stuff like that right now. To be calm in there okay so here's the question that i'm thinking is what you're calling and referring to the habit of anger i look at as an automated response or an automatic negative
