A lot of like, small, quick stuff. I talked about stress. Like, for example, maybe i have an athlete who's not necessarily well suited for pliometrics. They're a little better at strength based measures, and and like squatting or dead lifting and things like that. So just with all that being said, i'm going to be biasing with smaller, quicker stuff that is can be as big of a threat to them, but still really lets them get their feet engaged.
