How to Rest for Power Endurance
It's very hard to tell before 30 seconds are up on a rest whether you're actually getting a rest. The second is understanding the process of what a rest feels like and whether it's good to spend a good amount of time there. So I think that's a really important part and that will just come with time and practice. You can even do it on a fingerboard at home by just putting your feet on a bar, a block of wood or a chair.
