The Sacramentality of Marriage
If two atheists who have married and are validly married, subsequently are baptized and become Christians, their marriage, Ibsofacto, becomes sacramental. The state has the right to kind of regulate the contracting of marriage between people who live in its citizens or those who are dumbed out of this. It's a qualified right to the extent that they only do so in accord with the natural law. In fact, the church recognizes that the age of people can get married younger than that.
