The Importance of Permission in Relationships
I think we're probably conditioned to receive touch from the age of you know a day old right. So there's this element of like okay well people are going to touch me and then at some point it never transitions to or rarely transitions to permission based touch It just continues give your uncle a hug all this these messages that that your body is not really yours it's for other people's pleasure. And so I do think that there's just a lot of layers and layers of conditioning but it does feel to me like the level of entitlement to someone's else's body it just it does baffle me a little bit.
