What Is the Non-Prosecution Clause of the Agreement?
Prosecutors can be a bit cagey about whatever they want. It strikes me as odd for them to be cagey about that and still get the defense to agree to a plea agreement. So you might still plead, I mean, if the government told you we're definitely going to charge them with these or other potential crimes. And that kind of informed maybe the lack of due care in looking at the non-prosecution promise. But I think probably they conveyed to the defense, You know, it's not formally charged, but we don't see anything happening soon.
