I do natural cycles for all D-O-R women. It doesn't make sense to give someone something to suppress their ovaries, like birth control pills. I think estrace priming can sometimes help with preventing the lead follicle but other than that, I feel like a straight natural cycle seems to be the best in my hands. Embryos are not like diamonds; an embryo can be gorgeous on the outside and genetically not viable on the inside. Miscalriages and periods aren't emergency in my office. We don't like them.
