Virtue aesthetics is the thing where instead of trying to evaluate each individual action as to is this pro-social does this help society exist is more about how do we make humans that in general just going about their daily lives and functioning tend to have a society that exists and functions well. The whole purpose of ethics is to get people to be able to live together and do things together it's what makes society function like there is no ethics if you are on an island alone it doesn't matter you don't have other people to interact with. Ethics focuses a lot on reward and punishment and what should you do and shouldn't you do so I think virtue ethics correct me if I'm wrong about
