i was really fascinated, not just by he what i mentioned before, that many people found themselves in a formal, practised quadrant. It was pretty central in that area. But then we also asked them to map two other types of people. One is a colleague that they really admire, maybe some one who has some kind of magic that they don't have and then a colleague with whom they have creative tension. I felt like what was superinteresting if many of those people exhibited more extreme tendencies than our participants. Which told me, of course, that we ways exaggerate what we think about other people.
