The Accidental Death of a Baby

There appears to be some damage to the right side of the baby's head. If these head wounds were open wounds, I would expect that there would have been some blood present at that scene. We can say confidently it didn't happen in the crib because there's no blood anywhere. And my question is what the coroner said was there was a hole in his skull. Is that something that could really happen just from falling for, I don't know if that's a hundred feet? Or did they choose to kill the baby at some point after the abduction by inflicting blows to thebaby's head?
